SCHMIERKAESE

300 grams ripe Camembert
300 grams Philadelphia Cream cheese
1 Onion
2 tablespoons dry white wine
1 tablespoons paprika
Pepper, freshly ground
1 tablespoon chives, chopped

Mash Camembert with fork and combine with cream cheese, mixing well. Peel Onion and dice. Mix cheese and white wine and add paprika using pepper generously. Finally mix in chives.
