ROTWEINKUCHEN
(Red Wine Cake)

200 grams butter
200 grams sugar
1 package vanilla sugar
4 eggs, separated
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cocoa
1 package baking powder
250 grams flour
100 grams grated chocolate
250 milliliters red wine

Preheat oven to 200 C.

Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolks until frothy, then add the cinnamon and cocoa. Mix the flour and baking powder together, then add to the batter; adding the red wine at the same time. Whip the egg whites until stiff; add the grated chocolate and fold into the mixture until just mixed.

Bake for 60 minutes.
