(Beef Salad)

1 lb. cooked beef
1 hard-boiled egg
1 small onion
5 dill pickles
2 tablespoons chives
parsley

Marinade:
4 tablespoons beef stock
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon mustard
salt
pepper

Mix the ingredients for the marinade well.  Dice the beef.  Chop all the other ingredients finely, then mix all into the marinade.  Garnish with parsley.
