HACKENBURGER ISCHEL
1 3/4 - 2 kilograms ground meat (2/3 beef and 1/3
pork)
6 large onions
Pepper
Salt
Water
After chopping four of the onions very finely, combine the meat with the pepper and salt
and a bit of water. Form firm patties, about 200 grams each, and roast briefly into a pan.
Transfer the roasted patties into a pan, adding the other two coarsely chopped onions. Put
into a preheated 180 degree C oven for 15 minutes. Serve the patties with the cooked
juices.
Serves 10 people.
