SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE

Serving Size  : 6

1 cup sugar
1/2 c butter, melted
3 eggs, beaten
6 slices white bread slices, cubed, about 4 cups
20 oz. crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk

Moisten bread cubes with milk. Mix with remaining ingredients, and bake in a 2-quart covered casserole at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
