EIERKUCHEN
(Egg Cake)

6 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
2 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
2 green onions (with tops), chopped

Heat oven to 325F.  Mix together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.  Stir in bread crumbs and green onions. Pour into 8x8x2 inch baking dish.  Bake, uncovered, until set and top is light brown, about 40 minutes.

Serves 4.
